11th ISCNP will be held in Lublin, which is the capital of Lublin Voivodeship (or Lublin Province) with a population of 347 thousand inhabitants. Lublin is approximately 170 kilometers (106 miles) southeast of the capital, Warsaw. As the capital of the province of Lublin serves as the administrative, economic and cultural center of the region.
Lublin is called the capital of the eastern Poland, and is the largest and fastest growing city on the right bank of the Vistula River. Over 700-year history of Lublin and the position in the multicultural melting pot are its special qualities. This place attracts a unique atmosphere, rich architecture and numerous monuments.
